Rule 64
Duties, Duties and Powers of District Police Office or Ward Police Office Chief
: Under the direction and control of the District Police Office, the duties, duties and powers of the District Police Office or Ward Police Office Chief within their area of ​​responsibility shall be as follows:-

(f) collecting personal details of persons residing in houses or dwellings in connection with crime control or investigation,
(g) To keep and cause to be kept information about the activities of non-Nepali persons residing permanently or temporarily within their jurisdiction,
(h) Disturbance of peace and security, anti-security activities, persons of bad character, suspected persons, criminals convicted by the court, arrange to keep the information and details of such persons or activities up-to-date and report to the Chief District Officer,
(i) Effective implementation of the plan for the prevention and control of anti-security activities and crime and providing people-oriented police services,
(j) Investigating crimes related to cases mentioned in Schedule-1 of the Government Cases Act, 2049 and the crimes designated to be investigated by the police in accordance with prevailing laws, using scientific methods, in coordination with the relevant government attorneys, in an effective and efficient mannerTo complete it quickly,
(k) To keep records related to the details of the cases investigated and investigated by the police in connection with court or other office related work.
